Can i order a bespoke art piece ?

If you’d like to have your own unique art piece, let us know what you have in mind and we’ll see what we can do! Please use our contact page for that.


How can I pay ?

PayPal

If you already have a PayPal account, just login and confirm payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either create one and confirm payment, or use your credit card as any regular online payment.

You won’t be charged before payment verification.

Credit card

Online credit card payment is secured thanks to the paiment service Stripe and our online banking partner (CIC). Your banking data are encrypted, making them unreadable for us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue.

Please make sure that you specify your card number, expiration date, CVV (security code).

Apple Pay

. Select Apple Pay as payment mode.

. Make sure your billing and shipping information are correct. If you want to change these information or use another credit card, click the BUTTON next to your card.

. Once all the required information is completed, confirm payment.

. A pop-up window will notify you when payment is confirmed.

If payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If payment failed, you will be notified that your payment has been rejected and that your order is still waiting for payment.


How can I get an invoice ?

Your invoice will be attached to the shipping confirmation mail sent to you after payment. If you would like us to send a new one, please let us know through the contact page.

Find the article you want to purchase. Make sure you select among the options when available. Once done, click the “add to cart” button. To order, visit your cart and follow instructions.

Where is my package and how can I track it ?

After payment confirmation, your order will be packaged and sent to you within 1-2 business days. Delivery times and tracking capabilities will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout.

For tracking information, please follow the instructions on the shipping confirmation mail. If your package seems to be stuck at some point, please be patient, it may have been held back by customs.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change it via our website. If your order has already been sent to you, no modification can be done.

On the other hand, if we are still processing your order, e-mail us at bonjour@panachecustoms.com with your order number and we will do our best to find a solution.


 

I Have received my order


You shipped me the wrong product

E-mail us at sav@panachecustoms.com with your order number, what you had ordered and what you received. We will do our best to sort things out as fast as possible.


My order is incomplete

If you have ordered multiple products, they may have been shipped in different packages due to different fabrication time. Do not hesitate to contact us (sav@panachecustoms.com) to sort everything out.


My order is damaged

In order to avoid any damaged packages, we take great care in the packaging of your products. If, by any means, your products are damaged, please e-mail us at sav@panachecustoms.com and we will do our best to solve the situation.

Can I visit your workshop ?

Our workshop is currently not accessible for the public. We’ll make sure to let you know when that changes
